“I am so glad I invited Solveiga to speak at The Expat Woman Summit, March 2024. She brought so much value to the summit and has been one of the most engaged speakers I have ever had. Her presentation, ‘How Employers can make Workplaces more Inclusive for International Employees,’ was powerful and filled with valuable and implementable tips. I also got a lot of positive feedback about her presentation from our summit guests who found it very inspirational and empowering. If you are looking for a speaker for your next event, summit, or workshop, I highly recommend Solveiga.”
—Nyna Caputi, The Expat Women Founder
"That was an amazing presentation, Solveiga Jaskunas! I appreciate your vulnerability and honesty. You perfectly described many of the emotions I've been experiencing during my journey. When you said that our voice counts, even when we feel a bit insecure because of our accent, it made me understand that it's important that I share my story and my expertise, so that I can help and inspire other expat women. You're truly an inspiration, especially for us English Second Language speakers!"
—Liucilla Girotto, The Founder of Girotto Consulting
“From her keynote on ‘The Beauty of Difference,’ to her profound insights at the ILVW event, Solveiga consistently offers fresh, thought-provoking perspectives on inclusivity, diversity, and leadership."
—John Soares, Senior Manager, Capital One.
"Solveiga’s story struck a chord. Her experience under the Soviet regime and her journey to embrace critical thinking in the face of propaganda is a powerful reminder of how important it is to question the information we’re given. I found her point about starting with ourselves especially meaningful—it’s so relevant in today’s world where misinformation spreads so easily. Her courage to share and reflect on those experiences gives us all a lot to think about when it comes to seeking truth and fostering honest conversations. Thank you for sharing this—it’s a conversation we all need to be having."
—Dan Hinde, Director of Business Development, BASC Consulting Group.
